SALES MANAGER

• Lead new business development initiatives across a wide range of projects and clients.

• Build, maintain, and grow customer relationships and accounts within the aerospace and industrial markets.

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to support substantial corporate growth.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and drive global strategies for product development, competitive positioning, and market expansion.

• Execute growth strategies such as private labeling, strategic partnerships, vertical integration, and adjacent product innovation.

• Contribute to revenue generation across multiple programs and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or program/project management, with a strong emphasis on direct sales.

• Deep technical knowledge in fluid control products and material sciences.

• Proven track record of identifying business opportunities and closing deals in technically complex markets.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong attention to detail and execution.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Established ability to network and cultivate relationships with clients, customers, and suppliers, especially within the aerospace industry.

• A strong existing network within the aerospace sector is highly preferred.

• Broad understanding of aerospace components, systems, technologies, and processes.

• Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more as needed.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.

• Must meet U.S. Persons criteria as defined by U.S. export control regulations.
