We’re Hiring: Joiner / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson – Co Antrim & Belfast

We’re a young, dynamic, and family-owned business based in Northern Ireland. As our company continues to expand, we’re on the lookout for professionals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and experienced in property maintenance and refurbishment.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

1st and 2nd Fix Joinery – performing precision woodwork and installations
-
Basic Plumbing – attending to minor plumbing issues and fixture replacements
-
Patch Plastering & Basic Tiling – ensuring repairs look neat and professional
-
Mould Treatment & Decorating – helping to improve the safety and appearance of homes
-
General Property Maintenance – repairing, restoring, and enhancing residential properties
Every day will present new tasks and challenges, giving you variety and room to enhance your skills while contributing to projects that improve lives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Experience in a similar multi-skilled or joinery role, preferably within social housing

Valid CSR Card – or willingness to undertake training (we can provide it)

Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations
-
Awareness of Working at Heights, Manual Handling, and Asbestos Safety
-
Ability to work independently with good time management
-
Fluent conversational English to communicate effectively with team members and clients
-
Your own 110v or battery-powered tools
-
Full, clean driving licence
-
Right to work in the UK
