We are expanding our Maintenance Team, and this role plays a key part in supporting production through reliable and efficient maintenance services.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Conduct planned maintenance inspections and follow maintenance schedules
-
Perform welding, cutting, burning, and fabrication tasks
-
Work with hydraulics and pneumatics
-
Operate at height using mobile elevated platforms
-
Remove and replace heavy machinery components
-
Use power tools and problem-solve technical issues
-
Collaborate with your team and support safe, efficient production
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Criteria:
-
Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
-
Proven skills in fabrication, hydraulics, and pneumatics
-
Knowledge of planned maintenance schedules and inspections
-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-
Team-oriented with a positive, self-motivated attitude
-
Full clean driving licence (essential for this role)
Desired Criteria:
-
Time-served mechanical fitter
-
5 GCSEs including English & Maths (A–C)
-
5 years of relevant industry experience
-
Experience in concrete or similar industries
-
Familiarity with production admin/check sheets (tablet or PC)
