Arc Fabrications Maintenance Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Welder Fabricator to join our friendly and experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects for some of the UK’s leading clients in the food industry.
You’ll be responsible for site and workshop fabrication, working with Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Structural Steel, and Pipework. If you’re a team player with strong communication skills and the confidence to lead when needed, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Welding and fabricating using MIG, TIG, and MMA techniques

Working with a variety of metals including mild, stainless, and structural steel

Carrying out on-site welding and maintenance tasks

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards

Supervising or supporting other team members when required
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in MIG, TIG, and MMA welding
Strong background working with structural steel and pipework
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to supervise others when required
Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
