About Leyton Sixth Form College
Leyton Sixth Form College is a vibrant and inclusive learning community offering a wide range of A Level and vocational programmes to around 2,300 full-time students aged 16–19. The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Library and Study Skills Assistant to join our successful Literacy and Learning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning and literacy and enjoys working in a student-focused environment.
You will:

Promote reading and independent learning across the college

Support the Library’s enrichment activities and liaise with subject areas to optimise resource usage

Provide study skills support that enables students to meet their academic goals

Help build a positive and inclusive learning culture
This is a varied and rewarding role that directly contributes to the academic progress and personal development of our students.
