About You – What We’re Looking For

Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills

A passion for supporting children with complex needs

Proven experience of delivering high-quality SEND provision

Ability to lead, support, and inspire Teaching Assistants

Collaborative and reflective, with strong interpersonal skills

An excellent classroom practitioner with effective behaviour management
Key Responsibilities
-
Plan and deliver outstanding SEND provision
-
Manage and allocate a team of Teaching Assistants
-
Maintain records and update systems as required by the class teacher/SENCO
-
Build positive relationships with pupils and promote inclusion

Support the academic and social development of all children
