About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator to join our team at Meadow Nursery in Blackpool. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support key operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily running of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff and child records

  • Coordinate all office-based admin tasks in line with MiChild policy and statutory requirements

  • Support with safeguarding-related admin and ensure documentation is complete

  • Manage the Famly system, invoicing, and parent enquiries

  • Assist with debt management and weekly ordering

  • Uphold a high standard of confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work both independently and in a team

  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn

  • Previous admin experience in a nursery or childcare setting (desirable)
