Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality school swimming lessons

Support individuals and groups with varying swimming abilities

Foster confidence and enthusiasm in learners

Liaise with departments and parents to support student progress

Maintain a welcoming and professional poolside environment

Adhere to safeguarding and behaviour policies
-
Accurately record and complete relevant swimming awards
Requirements
-
STA Award/Certificate or Swim England Level 2 Qualification in Teaching Swimming (required)

National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches (preferred)

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safeguarding policies

Friendly, approachable, and motivational teaching style

Passion for swimming and supporting pupils to succeed
