About the Role
As a Customer Delivery Driver at Waitrose, you’ll be more than just a driver — you’ll be the friendly face our customers look forward to seeing. From loading your van in-store to delivering top-quality Waitrose products, your focus will be excellent service and efficient delivery.
When not on the road, you’ll support in-store operations such as stock replenishment, housekeeping, and keeping our shop running smoothly alongside a welcoming team of Partners.
Key Responsibilities

Load and prepare your van efficiently for daily deliveries

Complete all required vehicle safety checks

Deliver orders with outstanding customer service

Build rapport with customers through friendly, helpful interactions

Support general store operations when not delivering
Essential Requirements
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (B category) with no more than 6 points
Great customer service and time management skills
Ability to lift, carry and move goods (e.g., crates, cages)
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic IT skills (use of hand-held devices or delivery tech)
Desirable Experience

Previous driving or delivery experience

Familiarity with chilled goods or delivery vans
