Job Overview
We are currently looking to recruit Vehicle Recovery Drivers to join our growing operations team. This is a customer-facing, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will attend to breakdowns, accident scenes, and vehicle recoveries across the region. The ability to work under pressure, independently, and with a sense of urgency is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to vehicle breakdowns and attend roadside assistance calls

Perform basic mechanical repairs when possible

Recover accident-damaged or stolen vehicles using a recovery vehicle

Follow assigned routes and comply with traffic and safety regulations

Provide courteous, professional assistance to customers in stressful situations

Complete required documentation and follow recovery procedures

Work various shifts including days, nights, and alternate weekends
What We’re Looking For

A trustworthy, reliable, and self-motivated individual

Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently

Must be comfortable working under pressure in time-sensitive situations

Basic mechanical knowledge is essential

Previous recovery industry experience is preferred but not essential

Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points)

Applicants must live within a 30-mile radius of Bristol

Successful applicants will be subject to police vetting and employment checks
