About the Role
At JFrog, we’re reinventing DevOps to help the world’s top companies deliver software faster, safer, and smarter. As our Sales Program Manager & Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our global New Logo Sales team and managing daily operations at our London office.
Reporting directly to the SVP of New Logo Sales, you will coordinate major initiatives, oversee performance metrics, support team operations, and ensure the smooth running of our UK workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Program Management

Lead programs, processes, and initiatives for the global New Logo Sales team

Track and report performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and execute strategies

Maintain detailed project documentation and follow up on key actions

Manage team calendars, travel logistics, and offsite planning

Organize internal events, All-Hands meetings, and support global sales conferences
UK Office Operations

Oversee office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships

Manage budgeting, procurement, invoice processing, and local HR support

Handle onboarding, compliance, record keeping, and staff coordination

Plan team activities, happy hours, and training events

Ensure IT systems and office technology function smoothly
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years in program/project management, operations, or EA roles

Deep knowledge of EMEA logistics, travel, and vendor management

Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Proficient in Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, Excel, and other sales tools

Able to analyze metrics and drive outcomes-based initiatives

Self-starter with a solutions-focused mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment

Flexible availability to support international teams
