Are you an experienced Account Manager in motor finance ready to level up? Join Q Finance – a fast-growing, multi-award-winning finance broker – as a Regional Sales Manager.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage an existing dealer portfolio while building and mentoring a team of New Business Managers in your region. You’ll drive growth, secure new partnerships with car dealers, and help shape our expansion across the UK.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow your current dealer relationships

Develop new business across dealer groups, independents, and management companies

Collaborate with the UK Sales Manager to create regional strategies

Build and lead a team of New Business Managers

Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and deliver excellent customer outcomes
Requirements

Proven success in a motor finance or automotive sales role

Existing, transferable dealer base

Strong knowledge of the motor finance industry

Familiarity with FCA regulations and SAF compliance

Ability to work independently and plan strategically

Driven, proactive, and target-focused
Important: This role requires current experience in motor finance. Applications without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
