Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to handle post-booking processes and ensure seamless communication between customers, hosts, and agents. You’ll play a critical role in making sure every journey goes smoothly from the moment it’s booked to the moment it begins.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all post-booking communications with hosts, agents, and customers

Conduct booking file checks to verify service accuracy

Create and quality-check vouchers and pre-departure packs

Manage amendments and cancellations efficiently

Provide logistical details to hosts (e.g., flight info for transfers)

Offer travellers all necessary info (e.g., entry codes, activity times)

Communicate via phone, email, and chat with professionalism

Collaborate with product, finance, and sales teams to ensure efficient operations
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years in an admin or customer support role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and organisational ability

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities under pressure

Problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude

Travel industry experience is a plus (but not essential)
