Are you an experienced Account Manager or Sales Executive working in the motor finance sector who’s ready to take the next big step in your career?
Q Finance is on a mission to redefine the motor finance experience for both dealers and consumers. We are looking for motivated, talented individuals to join us as Regional Sales Managers as we expand our UK operations.
This is a unique opportunity to manage and grow an existing portfolio of car dealerships, lead regional sales efforts, and recruit and mentor a high-performing team around you. With our cutting-edge tech platform, elite panel of funders, and one of the strongest back-office operations in the market, you’ll have the tools and support to succeed — and earn uncapped commissions doing it.
Your Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager, your key duties will include:

Managing and nurturing existing dealer relationships within your assigned geographical area

Identifying and acquiring new dealer partnerships across franchised, independent, and group dealerships

Leading, mentoring, and growing a regional team of New Business Managers

Creating and executing a sales strategy in collaboration with the National Sales Manager

Promoting Q Finance’s full suite of products and services

Tracking performance metrics and meeting sales targets

Ensuring all activities align with FCA regulations and industry compliance standards

Providing training and support to dealers to help them maximise revenue and finance penetration
What We’re Looking For

A results-driven, ambitious individual with a strong background in motor finance
-
Proven track record in automotive sales or dealer finance (2+ years minimum)

A current and transferable dealer network that can be immediately engaged

Deep understanding of the motor finance lifecycle and B2B dealer dynamics

Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements and SAF certification highly desirable

A natural leader with the ability to coach and develop a small sales team

Excellent planning, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage your time across a large territory

Comfortable with tech and CRM tools to manage pipelines and activity reports
