As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be part of a fast-paced retail environment where every item sold helps fund critical research into heart and circulatory diseases.
What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver excellent customer service and promote BHF’s mission

Help organise and display donated furniture and goods to maximise sales

Assist with till operations, stock sorting, and merchandising
-
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to drive online sales

Help guide and support volunteers on the shop floor
Note: This role can be physically demanding and will involve lifting large furniture items.
What We’re Looking For

A team player with a passion for customer service and sustainability

Confident in guiding others, especially volunteers
-
Tech-comfortable (till, PC, smartphone, email)
-
Able to work under pressure and manage tasks independently
-
Creative, positive, detail-oriented, and proactive
-
Retail experience is helpful but not essential
