We’re looking for a high-performing Café Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead and inspire your team, and ensure every customer enjoys outstanding service with every visit.

Key Responsibilities

As a Café Manager at Morrisons, you will:

• Manage café operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, service, and product quality

• Lead, inspire, and develop your team to provide excellent customer service and a friendly, welcoming café environment

• Listen and respond to customer feedback, resolving issues promptly and effectively

• Manage rotas, scheduling, and colleague performance, including absence management and development conversations

• Deliver team training to build confidence, skill, and capability

• Identify talent and support team progression and engagement

• Collaborate with other store departments and leadership to achieve store-wide goals

• Take a proactive role in health & safety, compliance, and food hygiene standards

• Play a key leadership role within the wider store team

About You

• Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment (café, restaurant, or retail experience preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to build relationships across departments and with key stakeholders

• Flexible, adaptable, and resilient in a constantly evolving environment

• A hands-on leader who listens, supports, and acts decisively

• Willingness to go the extra mile to support your team and store
