You’ll be the driving force behind our fresh food counters—Deli, Bakery, Cake Shop, Pie Shop, Oven Fresh, and Fresh to Go—leading by example and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and top-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards across all Market Street counters

• Lead and coach colleagues to deliver friendly, efficient service

• Ensure all counters are fully operational and colleagues are multi-skilled

• Support day-to-day operations, scheduling, and internal communication

• Review departmental performance data to improve processes and reduce waste

• Champion a safe, inclusive, and legally compliant working environment

• Promote a team culture where effort, achievement, and ideas are valued

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in leading or supervising teams

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Operational knowledge of fresh food counters is an advantage

• Ability to manage tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines

• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
