With continued momentum, we’re now hiring a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our content strategy and client communications with excellence.

About the Role

As Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll take full ownership of social media strategy and execution for multiple clients. This includes everything from content creation and scheduling to reporting, client communication, and community management. You’ll collaborate directly with the founder on broader strategy, team development, and creative growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement bespoke social media strategies for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle clients

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more

• Manage audience engagement: reply to comments, DMs, and foster community growth

• Conduct hashtag, competitor, and audience research to optimise content strategies

• Write captivating copy for captions, newsletters, blogs, and website content

• Lead client meetings, present performance reports, and maintain client trust

• Stay current on trends, platform updates, and best practices

• Contribute to internal systems, templates, and support in mentoring future hires

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a social media/digital marketing role (agency or in-house)

• Beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry experience is a big plus

• Highly organised, proactive, and confident in handling multiple client accounts

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities

• Strong visual eye for on-brand aesthetics and social design

• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Later, Planoly, or Buffer

• Desirable: Adobe Creative Suite and basic video editing skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• A positive, collaborative, and self-motivated mindset

• Educated to at least A-Level standard
