As a Digital Communications and Marketing Volunteer, you’ll help craft meaningful and values-driven content for our social media, website, and digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with passionate staff to highlight community events, tell real-life stories, celebrate team achievements, and present our services in a clear and welcoming way.
This role is ideal for someone who values authentic storytelling, understands the power of communication, and wants to make a real difference using digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms

Assist with website updates and career portal content

Develop values-led campaigns that reflect Compass’s mission

Support with storytelling through photography, copywriting, or digital visuals

Promote events, initiatives, and service information in accessible, inclusive ways

Ensure content is created with sensitivity around privacy, consent, and safeguarding
