What You’ll Do

Prepare meals according to Sodexo’s approved methods and recipes

Complete hygiene and safety paperwork (temperature logs, cleaning records)

Support ward order deliveries and food service coordination

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment

Assist with dishwashing and sanitising processes

Report faults or maintenance issues to your supervisor

Follow all food safety, fire safety, and health & safety guidelines

Take part in required training including Food Safety, Health & Safety passports

Support the wider team with other reasonable duties as needed
What You Bring

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and follow procedures

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (required)

Previous catering experience (desirable)

Team spirit and a hands-on attitude

Organised, efficient, and capable of working independently
