The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the North Region. You’ll manage the sales pipeline from enquiry to payment, build long-term client relationships, and develop strategies to expand market share. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping regional success.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales budgets and strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Manage the full sales cycle and negotiate pricing within margin guidelines

Report weekly activity, market intelligence, and competitor analysis

Represent HTES at client meetings and events

Collaborate with internal teams and wider Howarth Timber Group companies
Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
-
Self-motivated, approachable, and resilient under pressure
-
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Previous experience in timber or construction sectors preferred

Solid product knowledge of timber engineering solutions

Familiarity with internal systems and procedures is a plus
