Main Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based clinical care to registered patients

Carry out consultations (in-person/video), telephone triage, results reviews, and clinical admin

Participate in the total triage model and on-call duties (excluding out-of-hours)

Lead or support on areas like safeguarding, chronic disease management, and QOF
-
Contribute to CQC compliance, audit participation, clinical governance, and continual service improvement

Collaborate with the Clinical Lead and Practice Manager to help deliver surgery operational plans, growth targets, patient satisfaction improvements, and cost/resource efficiency
What We’re Looking For

GMC-registered with a licence to practise and inclusion on NHS GP Performers List
-
Fully qualified GP with MRCGP or equivalent
-
Patient-focused approach with a passion for improving care delivery

Strong working knowledge of QOF, CQC, LCS, DES, and clinical coding
-
Familiarity with SystmOne or EMIS Web preferred

Up to £112,500 annual salary, or £11,000 per session for newly qualified GPs
