 The Opportunity

We are now hiring Remote Contact Centre Agents to join our growing, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, thrive in remote environments, and are available for consistent evening and weekend shifts.  Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail using client-specific scripts.

  • Take accurate messages, forward calls appropriately, and book appointments via external systems.

  • Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations or when dealing with difficult callers.

  • Complete all required initial and ongoing training (remote and in-house).

  • Follow all company policies including health & safety, equal opportunities, and operational standards.

 Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call centre, receptionist, or admin role (healthcare/medical settings advantageous).

  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.

  • Confident using laptops, headsets, and web-based systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic when resolving issues or handling complaints.

  • Willingness to learn and participate in regular training refreshers.

  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK and be able to work the specified shifts.

  • Ability to commute to Ferndown if required occasionally (training or team events).
