About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recall & Screening Administrator to join our patient-focused team at LMP Practice. In this vital role, you will support the delivery of national screening and immunisation programmes, manage patient recalls, and ensure timely scheduling for services like minor surgery, postnatal care, and NHS health checks.
You’ll be part of a dynamic healthcare team, working directly with clinicians and patients to maintain efficient recall systems, provide high-quality administrative support, and uphold patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and monitor national patient screening programmes (e.g., cervical, bowel, NHS Health Checks)

Manage and deliver all chronic disease management and diary recall tasks

Support delivery of national vaccination and immunisation schedules

Register newborns and support postnatal and 6–8 week baby checks

Coordinate patient bookings for enhanced services such as coil fittings, minor surgery, and injections

Issue communications via phone, text, and letter to patients

Collect and maintain data for audits and service monitoring
Additional Duties

Uphold patient confidentiality and data protection at all times

Follow practice health and safety protocols and report potential risks

Act as a chaperone when required

Promote equality, diversity, and dignity in all patient interactions

Engage in personal development through regular training and performance reviews

Assist with infection control procedures and audits

Contribute to service improvements and practice audits

Safeguard vulnerable adults and children in line with national and local policy
Required Skills & Experience

English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above, or equivalent relevant experience

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
-
Previous experience working with the public, preferably in a healthcare or customer service setting

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong organisational and time-management skills
