About the Role
As a Business Analyst (Marketing/Customer) within the IT department, you will play a crucial role in connecting marketing and customer strategy with technology solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across digital, CRM, and data teams to deliver initiatives that enhance customer experience, marketing performance, and digital transformation across Burberry’s global ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience Required
