About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Staff to join our team at St Cuthbert’s Golf Club. This hands-on role involves bar service, food running, and order-taking in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly welcome

Take food and bar orders accurately and deliver them promptly

Run food from the kitchen and ensure excellent table service

Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area

Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy

Support smooth service during busy periods

Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff

Respond to customer inquiries or issues in a friendly, professional manner
Skills & Experience

Prior experience in bar or food service is essential

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Basic maths skills for order-taking and billing

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure

Team-oriented, proactive attitude

Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
