Your Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of your section, leading service with style and efficiency

Set an example for junior staff, providing mentorship and guidance

Deliver a consistently high level of hospitality and guest engagement

Communicate effectively with team and kitchen to ensure smooth service

Confidently present dishes and wines, enhancing the guest dining experience
About You:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-quality, full-service restaurant

Skilled in carrying trays, table service, and wine presentation

Immaculate grooming and a unique, confident personal style

Professional, team-oriented, and guest-focused attitude

Familiarity with Indian cuisine is a plus—but curiosity and willingness to learn are more important
