Sales Manager Role:
- Lead a team of technical sales engineers to drive growth and achieve sales targets within the water and wastewater treatment industry.
- Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling biological treatment, pumps, filtration, dewatering solutions, chemical dosing and or related Engineering products from within the water / civil / chemical engineering industry.
- Working closely with the Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similar within Engineering.
- Experience within Sales Management and a track record of leading teams to hitting targets is highly desirable.
- Experience selling or mechanical engineering products such as pumps, filtration motors, hoses, valves, cylinders, power packs, gearboxes, compressed air, MRO products, hydraulics, pneumatics and or similar engineering products or systems
- Someone with experience within the water industry, selling products and services is highly desirable. Ideally dealing with water authorities.
- Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable engineering company from within the water treatment industry.
- A technical Engineering Degree would be advantageous.
- Full clean driving license.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across the South of the UK
