Role – Sales Administrator

Hours – 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm

Starting Salary – £24,000 – £25,000

Location – Nottingham, NG8 / Hybrid role

Contract Type – Permanent

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join an expanding business based in Nottingham.

As the Sales Administrator you will work closely with the sales team assisting the team with a number of administrative tasks and sales support.

What will you be doing:

  • You will support the sales team and customer orders via phone and email
  • First point of contact for support, internal and external
  • Handle customer queries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support and process customer orders
  • Organise customer deliveries
  • Data entry/ processing orders/customer records using an inhouse database
  • Assisting with invoicing and enquiries
  • Diary management
  • General administration, supporting the broader team

What we are looking for:

  • Sales Administration skills
  • Experience working with business customers (preferred)
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team Player

Our client offer a competitive salary of £24,000 – £25,000 and offer hybrid working, 3 days in office and 2 at home.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30.
