We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CFO to join our executive team and lead our fundraising efforts as we prepare for our next growth phase.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven track record in capital raising and investor relations to secure the necessary funding to propel CSI into its next stage of growth. This individual will oversee all financial operations, drive our fundraising initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Lead efforts to raise capital through various channels, including venture capital, private equity, and strategic partnerships. Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support our growth ambitions.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Investor Relations: Cultivate relationships with current and potential investors. Prepare and present compelling investment pitches, financial models, and performance reports.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement strategies to minimize financial risk.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role.
  • Proven experience in fundraising and managing investor relations, with a strong network of venture capital and private equity contacts.
  • Demonstrated success in raising significant capital for growth-stage companies, particularly in tech or blockchain sectors.
  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders
