Key Responsibilities:

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented Controller to play a critical role in the company’s success. As a trusted partner to our President and Group CFO, you’ll help shape strategic decisions and drive financial performance as we scale our operations nationwide.

  • Lead a team of three accounting professionals, fostering growth and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare timely financial statements and management reports.
  • Take ownership of job costing, WIP analysis, and project review meetings, collaborating closely with project managers.
  • Analyze job data to identify issues early and resolve them efficiently, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Be a key player in driving company growth and success, with opportunities to influence business strategy at the highest level.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned professional with a background in construction accounting.
  • Experienced in financial reporting and comfortable leading an accounting team.
  • A strong leader, capable of managing a team while being actively involved in day-to-day operations.
  • Focused, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • Degreed in Accounting, Finance or similar
