Our Butler will provide ‘contemporary butler’ offering to all hotel guests and coordinate the provision and service of guest room/suite. As a Butler, you will ensure warm and engaging service that anticipates guests need, creating an incredible experience.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within your department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner following hotel standards.
- Delight our guests with a highly personalised, intuitive level of service.
- Handle all guest requests efficiently and professionally, following hotel and brand standards.

What We Would Like You To Bring
- Previous experience as a Butler or similar role would be preferred.
