The Warwick Mathematics Institute invites applications for the post of Assistant/Associate Professor, to start in September 2025. We have two positions available, open to all areas of mathematics.
- Associate Professorships Are Permanent Appointments And Usually For Those Who Already Have a Well-established Track Record In Research And Significant Lecturing Experience.
- Those Appointed At The Assistant Level Are Supported Through a Five-year Probationary Period To Enable Them To Fulfil The Criteria For Promotion To Associate Professor. The Salary Ranges Are
- Assistant Professor – £45,585 – £54,395
- Associate Professor – £56,201 – £64,914
About You
- All applicants should hold a PhD and have already demonstrated excellence and independence in research and an ability to teach effectively.
- We aim to appoint people to these two posts who can make a strong contribution to both our research and our teaching, and who will make the most of the opportunities provided by our lively and vibrant departmental culture.
