We are looking for a DZ Driver to join our team

Responsibilities

Operating an DZ-class lugger truck to transport metal materials to and from designated locations, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies
Safely loading and unloading metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and secure the load to prevent shifting or damage during transit
Performing manual tarping if necessary
Performing routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, ensuring that it is in good working condition
Completing accurate and thorough records of deliveries and any other required documentation

Qualifications

Valid DZ driver’s license with a clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract
Experience driving 18 speed manual transmission is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an DZ Driver
Must be physically fit to hand tarp bins
Customer service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and the ability to perform loading and unloading activities as required
Familiarity with metal recycling processes and materials is an asset
