Snow Removal Truck/Equipment Operator

We are looking for a Snow Removal Truck/Equipment Operator to join our team

key responsibilities including:

• Conducting thorough equipment inspections before and after use to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Skillfully operating a range of snow removal equipment, such as plow trucks, skid steers, tractors, and loaders/backhoes, to maintain clear and safe property conditions.
• Collaborating closely with team members to complete snow removal tasks promptly and to the highest standard, ensuring client satisfaction.

This position requires drive, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to constantly perform tasks in various weather conditions. A background in snow removal is required, as well as a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills, attributes and abilities:

• Previous Snow Operator experience
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in the Snow Removal
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various tasks
• Well organized, independent, and self-managing, with strong communication skills
• Responsible, dependable with a willingness to learn
• Quality focused, high attention to detail with excellent problem solving abilities
• Ability to pivot and adapt to changing demands

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
