Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Early Childhood Teacher CDA role at Starting Point Learning Center in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities include implementing curriculum, engaging in Conscious Discipline practices, observing children’s actions, and collaboratively planning and adjusting activities based on children’s interests and developmental needs.
Qualifications
- Early Childhood Education and Child Development skills
- Teaching and Working With Children abilities
- Experience in Curriculum Development
- Familiarity with Reggio Emilia Approach is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CDA (Child Development Associate) certification preferred
- Knowledge of Conscious Discipline practices
- Understanding of Ohio’s Learning Standards.
