We are looking for a Automotive Sales Manager to join our team
Duties
- Monitor, train, and enforce our proven sales process on a daily basis to ensure opportunities are maximized.
- Conduct weekly training sessions as required
- Help lead weekly sales meetings.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Utilizing our CRM, effectively track incoming traffic such as walk ins, sales calls, leads, appointments, etc.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.

- Proven success in automotive retail sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for effective communication with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for automobiles and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Hold a current VSA Salesperson License
- Must have a valid BC Driver’s License
- Proven track record in automotive retail sales
- Familiarity with CRM practices
