We are looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our team

Responsibilities:

Maintain and support existing client portfolio
This is a hybrid position that requires visits to clients
Provide product support and tutorials to clients
Provide in-person support to dealerships when needed in Western Canada
Identify sales opportunities in a well-defined target marketplace.
Assist with nurturing campaigns for existing and potential clients
Identify human resources and health & safety compliance requirements and key goals.
Prepare product demonstrations, and proposal documentation to assist the sales team to close business deals.
Compliment and maintain relationships within target and related verticals, and with industry partners, to develop new opportunities and communicate our value proposition with the focus on long term revenue growth.
Assist with the resolution of software service requests

Qualifications

You have customer service experience and/ or sales experience.
Automotive industry specific experience an asset.
Extraordinary sales problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively listen and understand the needs of a prospect and identify and recommend effective solutions.
Excellent initiative, organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
Have a positive and hard-working attitude always willing to provide an extra level of service to your prospects and customers.
Be a team player and willing to dynamically work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Experience working in a self-directed (i.e. at your home) environment is essential.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and oral formats is required.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel periodically.
Fluency in French is an asset

Pay: $48,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
