We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team

Responsibilities:

– Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards

– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

– Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to healthcare providers

– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

– Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management

– Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent

– Valid RN license in the state of practice

– Experience in wound care, dementia care, medication administration, pain management, and case management

– Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures

– Familiarity with assisted living, home care, pediatrics, and experience with children

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
