We are looking for a Account Manager to join our team
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the refrigeration and HVAC industry.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the specified market segment.
3. Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needs.
4. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals and quotations.
5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient project delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in refrigeration and HVAC systems.
7. Regularly monitor our reporting systems & coordinate problem resolutions.
8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems, components, and applications. (preferred not mandatory).
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
3. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
