We are looking for a Account Manager to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a set of photographer ad accounts to maximize bookings for weddings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with photographers, understanding their needs and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze account performance; adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.
- Work closely with marketing to implement effective ad campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Provide regular performance reports to both clients and internal teams.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the stage for success.
- Utilize CRM tools to efficiently track interactions and progress with clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or marketing. Experience in all three areas is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and advertising platforms.
- Prior experience utilizing CRM software to manage client relationships and track performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret and utilize data to drive decision making.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Energetic and proactive approach to client management and problem solving.
