We are looking for a Bartender to join our team

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
Handle cash transactions, including processing payments through the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene when necessary to promote responsible drinking.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
