We are looking for a Gas Station Attendant to join our team

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with fuel purchases and inquiries.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Promote and upsell store products through effective product demonstrations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station and convenience store areas.
Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly with professionalism.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries via phone.

Experience

Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for clear communication with customers.
Time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
A willingness to learn about products and services offered at the gas station to enhance customer interactions.
