Position Overview:**

As a Construction Scheduler at Premier Pools and Spas, you will be responsible for maintaining set project timelines, coordinating with trade partners and internal departments, creating work orders, and utilizing job management software to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, computer literate, and detail-oriented.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Project Scheduling:**

– Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring all tasks are accurately represented and deadlines are met.

– Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to create realistic and achievable timelines.

2. **Trade Partner Coordination:**

– Schedule and coordinate activities with trade partners to ensure seamless workflow and on-time project completion.

– Communicate effectively with subcontractors to relay project requirements, timelines, and any changes.

3. **Work Order Creation:**

– Generate detailed work orders based on project specifications and requirements.

– Collaborate with various departments to ensure all necessary materials and resources are available for each project phase.

4. **Job Management Software:**

– Utilize job management software to input, update, and monitor project progress.

– Participate in and sometimes lead on-going training with your peers throughout the country to stay on top of software updates and feature releases.

5. **Quality Control:**

– Conduct daily reviews of project schedules to identify potential delays and solutions.

– Ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.

– Strive to hit internally set goals for construction timeliness

6. **Documentation and Reporting:**

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project schedules, changes, and communication with trade partners.

– Generate reports as needed to provide project status updates to management.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar role.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

– Excellent attention to detail.

– Proficient in computer applications, including job management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
