You will be responsible for:
- You will be trained to be the Moseley representative onsite managing labor crews and material supply manage to ensure your assigned apartment renovation units are completed within the allowed time frame, that the work is done to Moseley Standards and accepted by the Owner while providing a remarkable customer experience.
- Your typically project scope will be to remove and replace the following items, Cabinets, Countertops, Appliances, Flooring and Paint etc…
Compensation
- Level 1 Field Supervisor pay band 38k-45k +incentives
- Level 2 Field Supervisor pay band 42k-55k +incentives
- Level 3 Field Supervisor pay band 55k-65k +incentives
- Level 4 Field Supervisor pay band 60k-85k +incentives
