Construction Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of workers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and schedule tasks among team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
• Implement OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Manage materials and equipment on-site, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety measures.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles including project scheduling and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
• Ability to establish and obtain all KPI’s and metrics for staff
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Knowledge of pipeline construction practices is a plus.
