SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking versatile Equipment Operators for our growing site crews based out of our Hagerstown, MD Office. The Equipment Operators will work on project sites around the areas of Hagerstown, Clarksburg, and Frederick, MD and Winchester, VA. Successful candidates should possess 2 years of prior experience in running track hoes, or graders, a willingness to learn, have a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
TRACK LOADER OPERATOR
- Operates track loader to grade, fill trenches, or load materials
- Operates equipment in compliance with Kinsley’s safety policies and OSHA procedures
- Ensures company equipment is maintained and in good running condition by greasing and checking fluids
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of underground utilities
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required to complete the job
GRADER OPERATOR
- Operates a grader to establish finish grade
- Operates equipment in compliance with Kinsley’s safety policies and OSHA procedures
- Ensures company equipment is maintained and in good running condition
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required to complete the job
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience operating a track loader or a grader is required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Punctuality and dependability is required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and a drug/alcohol test
