Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in workplace strategy, design, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience working in a large, complex organization, navigating ambiguity and driving change at scale.
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address systemic challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive workplace strategy that aligns with the organization’s values, culture, and business goals.
- Guide and inspire Research and Insights and Integrated Solutions professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Drive a holistic research, insights, and analytics agenda for REWS Workplace. Oversee the team responsible for conducting user research, gathering data, and analyzing insights to understand Googler needs, work styles, and preferences to inform workplace design and technology solutions.
- Establish clear metrics and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of workplace strategies and initiatives, demonstrating the impact on the Googler experience, productivity, and business outcomes.
