We are looking for a Principal Video Lead to join our team
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV), with knowledge of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
- Ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision makers.
- Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
- Excellent strategic and tactical thinking skills, with the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales manager and vertical sellers to provide business growth driving support, through industry/business knowledge, and go-to-market strategy.
- Support annual vertical video strategy, gain agreement across stakeholders and collaborate to execute.
- Manage projects of key video plays and communications to ensure consistent and well executed deployment at scale.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders across sales and products based on business rationale, advertiser needs, and business growth opportunity for the sector.
- Represent product gaps and opportunities to Video Product Specialists and Go-to-Market to accelerate business opportunities.
