We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.
  • 7 years of experience working in domestic and international environments managing vendors (i.e., suppliers, manufacturers) or third-party logistics.
  • 5 years of experience managing operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field or CSCMP certification.
  • 7 years of experience using data analysis to drive decision making.
  • 7 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
  • Experience in data center equipment environments or computer component manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of SQL, analytics, or other relevant operations coursework.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply structured thinking and logic to your work and provide solutions to challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the selection for 3PLs, manage evaluations, and ensure service level agreements are met. Oversee the creation and execution of statements of work for logistics services.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators ensuring transparency and accountability, and deliver executive summaries to Google’s signatory parties, effectively communicating project status and key decisions.
  • Keeps the project road map of upcoming new Data Centers for the news up to date and communicates insides with stakeholders. Conduct post-mortem analyses to identify root causes of any misses or delays and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback.
  • Participate in design reviews for new data center builds, providing logistics expertise and ensuring alignment with operational requirements. Review technical due diligence checklists for colocation facilities, identify gaps, and collaborate with LOMs to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
